Waste of time.

Would give zero stars if possible. I have wasted my time twice going to visit this place. Each time an appointment was set and the property manager wasn’t there. Each time waited 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment time and no one came. Insanely unprofessional. Supposedly this is common. Didn’t know they also own/ manage oaks of Newport who I have called repeatedly and never heard back from. It makes sense. Take away if possible as to not waste your time

Since March 2023, our community has undergone a change in ownership and management, along with significant improvements to both the property and our apartment homes. We've also updated many of our community policies to better serve our residents.
We are proud to have an on-site management and maintenance team available during business hours to assist current and prospective residents. We are committed to providing a welcoming, well-maintained community and would be happy to answer any questions or schedule a tour for anyone interested in seeing the improvements firsthand.
