October 12, 2023DO NOT RENT HERE. If you value your money as well as sanity, you will not live here. The apartments are inundated with roaches, mice, mold, water leaks, broken windows, the list goes on. They clearly don’t vet who they are renting to. People leave trash everywhere. Park their cars in fire lanes with no repercussions. Smoke in the apartments even though it’s against the “rules.” Management constantly lies or simply doesn’t communicate. The office is constantly closed for whatever reason. It’s also ...a revolving door of staff. They try to force you into an insurance program that’s oh so conveniently added your rent each month. Did I mention mice and roaches? The ONLY good thing I have to say about this place is the maintenance team is good. They’re very responsive and communicative. Other than that, save your money.
