Our community team and residents will always work with a mutual atmosphere of respect. To address your experiences we apologize if at any time you felt our customer service did not meet your expectations. Any concerns expressed or that may have been previously missed, we would certainly take the time to address. Our team closely monitors the number of resident vehicles at the community to the number of available spaces to ensure lots are not over capacity. All overnight guests are required to have temporary parking passes, which are assigned based on availability. We understand that residents being able to find parking is important. To alleviate the stress of finding a parking space please consider an uncovered reserved space that will always be open for you daily. Without a name we are unable to locate you in our system so that we may address your feedback directly. July 23, 2018RESIDENT 2017 - 2018 Not Recommended Reviewed vinesh patel building 30 appt 8 if there is minus ratings its apply to this , we have problem with hood in June 2018 we complains for that one of the genius came and said this is good there is no problem , after we see the oven and clock on the stove is not working we r keep complains regarding to this every time we put service request same answer we get GE will come and fix how many day you leave without oven? i told them we pay to you guys not GE ...but they stubborn people keep saying that we will call GE , please if someone want to rent here please stay away worse service everRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Very pleasant facility
August 7, 2015Royal Crest Estates gives their tenants the "Royal Treatment". The facility is resort living within a busy city. The apartments and landscaping are well maintained and the staff are timely in addressing issues. The clubhouse, fitness center, and pool area make a person feel like a member of a country club.
