Terrible place to live don’t do it
November 28, 2023Parking lot full of broke down cars appliances out date on site washer and dryers don’t work mail room is disgusting peoples dogs just go where ever. Trash all over the parking lot no maintenance person at all back patio fences all broken they refuse to fix them. Ac constantly go out they send a 3rd party that never seems to actually fix it. Great place to live!
August 10, 2015I have lived here the past 5 years. These apartments are a truly great place to live. If anything is wrong, maintenance comes very quickly to fix things. They are an amazing price for what they offer. The owners are very friendly. You never have to worry about having a parking spot because they have assigned parking as well as designated visitor parking. Any complaints are addressed immediately and taken care of. The apartments are very spacious and up to date. The only thing that could make it ...better is more closet/storage space. Royal Manor
July 21, 2015I've recently relocated from Timberwood apartments (DO NOT RENT THERE THEY HAVE A ROACH INFESTATION!) to Royal Manor Apartments and I already love it. They're two stories, so they feel more spacious than most other places I've looked at in the area, and the bedrooms are a nice size. The living room has a fireplace which is a big plus, but the dining room as carpet instead of tile, and (in my apartment and my neighbors) the lighting is off-centered in there, so if you have OCD it may drive you ...nuts! The management is kind and thorough. They offered a lot of assistance and helped us through the process; not to mention answered many questions!
