No response
June 3, 2021This company doesn't answer their emails. I've sent them 3 emails regarding these apartments back in January and *still* haven't gotten a response.Property Manager Responded
June 24, 2021I'm so sorry that I haven't responded to you, in January. We get approximately 30 emails for Royal Neil a day. The availability saying "coming soon" is actually for possibly September of 2021. We are not campus housing and that seems to be causing some confusion. Please feel free to call the office at 614-221-4547 and I would be more than happy to add you to our wait list. Due to Covid we were splitting shifts and I apologize if your email from Apartments.com was missed.

I used my oven for heat once?
February 20, 2019Overall I have enjoyed the place very much the past few years. The thing is the wall unit heater here SUCKS. They need to update their heaters here cause I couldn't get mine to work sometimes and they are outdated! But honestly I would recommend since it is near a lot of bars, gas stations, and restaurants.Review from Apartments.com
Rude Management
July 3, 2018I was going to lease apartment, paid 80$ application fee 1 month rent as earnest, then one month prior to move in date decided not to proceed for personal reason, they refused to return a penny from the deposit, they fortified it as "marketing and administrative costs". I don't know what the great cost they Incurred to worth ONE MONTH RENTAL !!Property Manager Responded
June 24, 2021We do have a lot of OSU students/faculty who live in that building. If that was the case that your full deposit was forfeited it is because we could have rented to the many people looking for a great place to live just on the edge of campus. If the apartment is taken off the market with a deposit, sometimes it's too late for the other person who had wanted to move in before the semester/job started. I am sorry if you weren't explained the terms appropriately.
