This company doesn't answer their emails. I've sent them 3 emails regarding these apartments back in January and *still* haven't gotten a response.

Overall I have enjoyed the place very much the past few years. The thing is the wall unit heater here SUCKS. They need to update their heaters here cause I couldn't get mine to work sometimes and they are outdated! But honestly I would recommend since it is near a lot of bars, gas stations, and restaurants.

I was going to lease apartment, paid 80$ application fee 1 month rent as earnest, then one month prior to move in date decided not to proceed for personal reason, they refused to return a penny from the deposit, they fortified it as "marketing and administrative costs". I don't know what the great cost they Incurred to worth ONE MONTH RENTAL !!

We do have a lot of OSU students/faculty who live in that building. If that was the case that your full deposit was forfeited it is because we could have rented to the many people looking for a great place to live just on the edge of campus. If the apartment is taken off the market with a deposit, sometimes it's too late for the other person who had wanted to move in before the semester/job started. I am sorry if you weren't explained the terms appropriately.
