Worst Management Ever!!
September 22, 2025I have lived here for 5 years, moving next month. I have watched this place turn from a beautiful, pleasant place to live to completely run down. Anything goes wrong, they tell you to put in a maintenance order. You are lucky if they get to it within a few weeks! I have been without heat for almost a week, constant issues with water. Don't move here! Not worth the rent they charge!!!Property Manager Responded

Overpriced
April 15, 2022I’ve been here for less than a year and the current rental rate has gone up $400. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Also, I live in a bottom floor unit and there is an extreme bug issue. Spiders in the apartment everyday as well as beetles, and centipedes. Pest control has sprayed the apartment but it has been no help. Do not plan on renewing my leaseReview from Apartments.com
Overpriced for what you get
April 5, 2022I lived in a one bedroom and then a two bedroom for about 2 and a half years. We planned to stay until they bumped the rent for the 2 bedroom (that we were already paying a lot for) up another $200. Built a 3 bedroom house and our mortgage is less than what they’re leasing the 2 bedroom apartments for. I enjoyed my time but it’s NOT worth what they’re charging. The updated units need further updates - some paint doesn’t magically fix 30 year old doors.Review from Apartments.com
Overpriced, paint on a pig
December 10, 2021While the clubhouse and gym amenities are wonderful, the “remodeled” apartments leave much to be desired. The apartments are sloppily painted and the bathroom is falling apart. The photos on the website look nothing like the units. There are structural issues with the buildings too. For the area you can find something better at the same price point. To add, all of the employees are kind and helpful. I know that these issues go above them.Review from Apartments.com
5 star avg?
September 10, 2020Maintenance dept is good, will be fairly prompt (unless your A/C breaks on Wednesday and the A/C company comes on Tuesday- property is showing its age. HVAC systems are 25 yrs old +). They have continuous issues with their payment systems and office staff are difficult to deal with, especially considering when I have had to deal with them its a problem with their payment system. Good customer service would be sorry we'll fix it, not wasting time e-mails back and for while I'm at work, then ...made to feel like they cut me a break when they finally do the right thing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
