Worst apartment
August 20, 2021I would not recommend this place to anyone. The apartment is not clean and they have worst manager and they have a big maintenance problem. They never show up for maintenance and you have to beg them and call them each time. Worst treatment to renter. I wish I could give them 0 stars but did not have that option.Review from Apartments.com
Royal Oak Apartments in Uvalde, Texas
August 2, 2015I've lived here for about five years now, and up until April of this year my experience was "4 Stars". Lately, the upkeep of these apartments has deteriorated. The people who own this complex also own two others, that I know of, which I think might be the reason for the lack of attention to the day-to-day maintenance. Our latest dilemma involves water leaking from the a/c unit. It's been going on for about 3 weeks now. I don't think management or maintenance doesn't care, I think they are ...understaffed. Overall, this place is a good place to live. Rent is reasonable, location is great but upkeep needs improvement. Five months ago I would have given a 4-star rating.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
