I lived here for 2 years (2022-2024) and enjoyed my time while living here. From the start through the end of my stay, everyone was very kind and respectful. MG was lovely and helped me find the perfect apartment in my budget. Connie was excellent throughout my time there; she was very helpful, respectful, and understanding. The entire maintenance staff were accommodating and provided excellent repairs and service, most especially Alvin and Angel - both of whom always waved hello to me and my
...dog. My apartment with the hard wood floors and the washer/dryer in unit, provided everything I needed. I had no issues with bugs and had a lovely patio that let out to the woods behind me, providing me a secured and peaceful time. The only concern I had was the neighbors in the community leaving trash, food, and dog poop everywhere. I cleaned up thoroughly after my pet but witnessed others in the community not doing their part. The staff constantly reminded the community to pick up after themselves; however, multiple neighbors disrespected this rule and did not follow the rules. When taking my dog around on his daily walk, I was concerned what food or trash was left on the sidewalks or the front lawns of the property. I've seen pieces of cake, chocolate which is toxic to my pet, bagels, pizza and many foods thrown on the ground. The police were called weekly as there were neighborly disputes constantly. Overall, the property and the staff members are excellent; however, the neighbors themselves are disrespectful and unclean. I would live here again; I just wish the neighbors would clean up after themselves.
