Laundry stolen and car can be easily towed

You wash your clothes here at your own risk, had all my clothes stolen and thrown away while in the drier. You can also wake up to find your car missing...only to discover once again management had to car towed because of a flat tire you were not aware of....and of course its at your expense.

Better than I thought

I've living in this apartments for almost 8 months and I'm happy, this place is safe and very quiet, and the management is great and the maintance is friendly and fast my apartment is in good condition actually better than I thought I have new carpet, new refrigerator, new stove,new fans I'm happy in this place and I would recommend this place to any one... It's affordable and until now I have not any complaint.

Better Than You'd Think

I've lived at Royal Oaks for over three years now. Their rent is average for the area, but maybe a little much when it comes to the older units. They do have a great management office and maintenance department, so I never have to worry about repairs or complaints going unanswered. For the most part we've been happy hear and have met some great neighbors.

Help going to meet my down stairs neighbor if I fall from kitchen!

The apartment is old and looks like its going to fall and the kitchen is kind going down. The complex take a while for any service you might have. but when they come thru they damage things. Not happy but I cant afford to expensive and trying to get a new car.I meet my down stair neighbor if kitchen falls down...

"Great Place to Stay!!!"

I have currently been staying at this apt complex for the past 2 1/2 yrs. I must admit that I lucked up finding this place as I was moving back home from Dallas and had short notice to find some place to stay upon relocating jobs. The complex is small which is exactly what I was looking for and its very quiet and safe. The location is perfect and the rent is affordable!! The management is great and Maintenance is always fast and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone that asks!!! ...
