the ups and down of where i live

My apartment has had many owner since we move here. The onwners of the apartment are ok. They come when we need things fix. They don't always come right away though. What I don't like is that we have been here since 3 year and they made us choose between getting a new screen door and I walls repainted. They use this paint that get stained really fast and it needs to be repainted. Other then that the apartment is not that bad
