I love my apartment out here. It is so spacious for what I pay for it. It was remodeled when I moved in and it’s so cozy. This is one of the best apartments I have lived in. And when it comes to space and price you can’t go wrong with Royal Park Apartments!

Apartment is unsafe. I lived there for 8 months. For the first two months I had no heat then they found mold within my walls but did nothing about it they also cut holes in the walls to fix my furnace but didn't patch them so they left exposed electrical wiring in the wall.

Royal Park Apartments is the only 1-3 bedroom apartments in the Niagara Falls, NY area that is very reasonable and affordable but still high class . They are so spacious ( all 3 bedrooms can hold a king size bed set) with two full bathrooms, three storage closets, large walk in closets, brand new appliances, central air, energy efficient windows and hot water tanks ( water included) .Utilities are low and interior windows are huge which make your new home bright and airy.
We have tennis and ...
basketball courts, and parking is plentiful with lots of laundry rooms sprinkled around. This place is a true home and we love it here. It is in the best school district in the area, all denominational churches, and close to one of the biggest shopping outlet malls, ( across the street) tons of restaurants and a big beautiful casino.
Lets not forget the amazing Niagara Falls itself.
The neighbors are like family and there is lots of space for children to run, play ( adults too) and picnic. So come on over and take a tour, walk around and talk to any of the tenants and see what you have been missing. Its all here at Royal Park Apartments!
