I love living here. Amber and Grace in the office are wonderful. And are ready and willing to help with anything you need. Leo and Devon the maintenance team are great. They fix whatever you need in a quick and timing manner. They are all always smiling and friendly.

I lived here for almost 2 years, is a nice complex, good location, very well maintained, Leo in maintenance was always helpful paying attention to our needs and wherever needed to be fixed or repaired, also friendly and helpful in giving me info about town and surroundings. The pool is nice and always cleaned.I enjoyed very much living here.

I moved to Royal Point because Yulee just got too expensive for me. Not only are the rates fair, my apartment is wonderful! The kitchen is made bigger because of the angle of the counter. There is a space in the living room area that made a perfect office space for me--something I never thought I would have in a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms and closets are spacious, and the bathrooms are just right. Grace and Amber in the office are excellent property managers, and Leo and Devon are ...

I have lived here for going on 3 years. I have had amazing neighbors, the neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. I have to say anytime I have an issue Amber is on it and handles it with excellence. Leo the maintenance guy for the whole time we have been here has gone above the call of duty. The whole staff has been great to deal with. Since being under Lisa and Amber I have personally seen such a great improvement! Thank you all for all you do.
