Roaches everywhere

There's a horrible roach infestation and they don't do anything to fix it. They will send an exterminator one day out of the month that does nothing since the entire building is infested

left 3 voicemails and 3 emails over the past couple weeks and have NEVER heard back from anyone! why have a place for rent but don't even want to rent it apparently!

Royal Villa

We live in a Single here at Royal Villa it's a good size apartment, just the right size to start off with. It has its own bathroom and a petite kitchen. They have a pool in the middle of the courtyard, they do let you bring guest which is awesome if you like to take a swim and socialize with friends and family. It's pretty peaceful all year round except during the summer kids are on vacation and they like to hang around outside. They're located near a shopping center.
