Best Apartments in Clute Tx
April 4, 2023Royal WildeWood minor Apartments is an outstanding property with a great staff and location. I've had outstanding service from Management and Maintenance guys from my introduction to the property and all of its amenities. they were thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. They have 2 swimming pools, recreation areas and a pet's park. I recommend the property for anyone looking for a new apartment in Clute.Property Manager Responded

Amazing apartments for the price!

Great place.
April 3, 2023I've lived here for almost 2 years now and it's been incredibly peaceful. Management does a great job of relaying information regarding stuff going on around the complex. Maintenance responds fairly quickly to request submitted to them.Property Manager Responded
April 6, 2023Yes, the property is very quiet and peaceful, one of the reasons residents like to renew with us. We do our best to regulate the property and the Nosie/disturbances as this can be an issue for our residents. Glad we are doing our best to take care of you!

April 3, 2023Me and my significant other moved in January. Haven’t had any problems except one thing about the bathroom but it wasn’t bad. Other then that these apartments are really quiet and well kept up with. I would recommend someone moving here. :))Property Manager Responded
