I've had outstanding service from Management and Maintenance guys from my introduction to the property and all of its amenities. they were thorough, friendly, and answered all of my questions. Great place to live!

April 6, 2023Hi, I see you met our staff! We are fully staffed, and our maintenance is on call 24/7. One of the many reasons why residents like renting at royal. We are located in the most convenient location in Clute Tx as well. Making shopping, eating a breeze for our residents.
