Pool still not open after 6 weeks Same thing happened last year. All apartments across town, except BelAir Estates open Memorial Day weekend. Management claims they are waiting for City inspector. Have to wonder why BelAir is the last company that opens their pools as we head into our 4th week without a pool. Any help someone can give would be greatly appreciated.

Too many maintenance issues! I have no problem with the maintenance person or with his performance of his job duties. My issue is with the fact that everything in my apartment is falling apart all the time. Right now I have three separate maintenance requests in because my kitchen sink is leaking, the electricity in the wall plugs in my kitchen has stopped working, the cold water tap in my hallway bathroom no longer works. And because of the electrical issue my dishwasher does not work. Rats have ...
twice been responsible for chewing through the water supply to my dishwasher and I strongly suspect they are responsible for the leak under the sink and the electrical issue as well. I urge you to consider getting a real exterminator in to take care of the rat problem. They're not in my apartment per se but they're definitely in the wa exterior walls.

No dishwasher for months on end My dishwasher has not worked properly for at least 2 months. Now there is a leak in the kitchen pipes under my sink. I am washing dishes for a family of four in the bathroom sink as a result. This is not acceptable. Repeated maintenance requests have not been answered. Bel Air Estates has friendly neighbors in my building. Neighbors look after each other here. Also, many residents safely walk their pets. This is one way to get exercise. My son likes the convenience of the gym on property. Maintenance works hard to get your repairs done as soon as possible. The property manager will explain any questions you have about lease. I like the fireplace in my apartment. During winter, it can be useful.
