Roaches
May 9, 2020I’ve lived her for 5 yrs. the first 3 years until the last 2 years when a new leasing manager she has a bad attitude & roaches was in my 2 cars plus anytime my fiancé or myself kept the apartment clean roaches still came in not only the a neighbor had the same problem living with her 2 daughters because she’d had to put her baby food inside her refrigerator. She don’t want the roaches come inside the baby food. Not only that every between 3 to 4 months the pest control is terrible. It’s not worth ...money that you live for. Extremely Rude
July 16, 2018We haven’t gotten the steps of living here. The worst experience happened at the first time we visited Royalton. We knocked on the door of the leasing office and then no one answered so I pushed the door open. A staff was talking to a lady and she told me to wait for a sec. I said ok, while we moved our body inside. The staff said”no, no, no, you have to wait outside”. We did what she asked and waited under the sunshine for more than 40 minutes. She came out of the door once to pick up something ...from her car(slowly and chatted with another staff). But she didn’t even look at us as if there’s nobody. Royalton On The Green
July 29, 2015In February, I make a year living in one of the two buildings in Royalton On The Green. I prefer my side because it seems to have more space. It also has no assigned parking unless you pay a little more to be under a tent. The staff is very friendly and greets you anytime you see them. The property manager is also great, friendly and very helpful! Ive never had a problem in the apartment so I cannot comment on the maintenance. It also has a good size gym that actually has updated equipment. I ...live on the top floor and it is most definitely a quiet one. I decided to live in the top floor so I wouldn't have to hear any commotion which has been great. However, it gets very hot! During Spring/Summer, your electricity bill will get expensive. The apartment is a 2/2 and very spacious which I love! The rooms are a good distance apart. The kitchen is wonderful and has lots of cabinets. The only downfall is the closet space outside of the rooms but the closets in the rooms are big. My favorite part is the screened in balcony. I live in Florida so it keeps all of the little critters out. Overall, its a great place to live.
