Currently living here at the hillside location. The new owners have done so much for these properties when they bought these apartments it was so much that needed to be done things that wasn’t fixed in years they are trying there best to fix everything & get things updated.They are in better condition then they ever been. They even replaced the play ground for the kids. The office manager Kelly is the best manager Ever she actually cares about the tenants & the property she tries her best to get ...

This property has a terrible cockroach problem!

Stay away from this place - at least for now. Thus far, they will not take care of the cockroach infestation at the property.
