They want your money
March 7, 2024We stayed at Ruby Vista for 8 months. 48 page lease, paper thin walls, noisy neighbors. You can hear water running down the walls after every flush, shower, tub drain which made it impossible to sleep. I used ear plugs, am hard of hearing and it still woke me. Once your lease is up, you can extend month to month for an extra $200 per month. At move out we were charged $350 for professional cleaning and carpet cleaning despite having cleaned it spotless before move out. For what you will pay, ...this is not worth your hard earned cash.
