While transparency and manners elude many people I've come across in this business, thanks to the Leasing Associate, QUINTON, my experience was very different with Rushwood. He was very polite, detailed, and understanding in my touring and leasing process. A lot of places will treat you like a number or show they didn't feel like coming to work that day. This is the worst place to rent from especially the Duplex the neighbors are horrible they think they can say anything to you and don’t think you’re going to say anything back to them during the election 2020 was the worst I didn’t feel safe living here wanted out of my lease they said they had to call corporate never heard anything back from them now I am moving on June 1st they want to keep my security deposit saying that my lease ends on June 30 which is crazy as hell they goes up on your rent ...
every year and don’t give you anything for it no new carpet or paint Corporate is the worst I have been a good tenant paid my rent on time even during the pandemic where the didn’t let you use the rent hold they just want to give you a credit for late fee really Don’t Rent From Here if you Do Please READ YOUR LEASE the Advertisement is a LIE you would want to keep a good tenant not loose them

Overpriced and noisy

We’ve been having problems with our noisy neighbors since we moved in. They’re five people living upstairs in a two bedroom apartment. The boyfriend threw rocks at our window at 2:00 am and the property Manager didn’t do anything about it. The walls are thin and the rent is too high for these apartments.

I’ve been living at Rushwood since 2017. April, will mark the termination of my lease and I have an concern with my rent continually increasing. I do have one of the newer styled apartments, however in speaking with several neighbors, I know they were able to negotiate better rent, which to me is unfair. Also, I have been asking about update amenities since I’ve moved here. To date, the gym has not had any work done. It’s barely functional. Having a gym was one of the things that drew me to this ...
residence and to not have access to a good working one seems unfair. I have had great experiences with the leasing agents, staff and everyone, however my main concern is getting what I am paying for. Also, it should be noted that perhaps hardwood floors would be easier to manage in a residence like this rather than carpeting.

The apartments are over priced and the walls are thin. You can hear everything that the neighbors are doing and they’re loud. They make noise until 5:00 am in the morning and no one does anything about it. The office never answers the phone or helps you when you have questions. I’m a new resident and I didn’t receive a welcome package, pool pass, key to the laundry room, or instructions how to pay rent online. This is ridiculous.

I am living in Rushwood Apartments for almost a year now and I enjoy the experience very much. First the leasing and move in process, everyone is very friendly and answer any question that I have. The leasing team made sure to make the transition as smooth as possible for me. Second, very safe neighborhood and quiet. Yes there is noises from neighbor sometimes but it's like that everywhere. I mean, you are living in an apartment complex. If you want absolutely no noise from neighbor then you ...
should just get a single house that is very far from your neighbor. Third, the maintenance team is great. Any of my maintenance request they all get them resolved effectively and in a timely manner. The only thing I would improve is to have recycling in addition to the regular dumpster like right now.

I would nort recommend this complex at all..... They allow a mentally challenged tenant who is very disruptive to stay on the property. This person has broken windows, constantly playing loud music at all hours, banging on the walls constantly and his staff are even worse smoking marijuana and loud and disruptive also. The management know all of this is going on and will not evict this tenant! It's a shame that you pay all this money and are stuck to live under these conditions!!! NO PEACE AND ...
