I have met good people and was comfortable knowing all residents under-go the same background check as I did. I soon realized if I smiled, people smiled and waved back. The Rustic Village is great place to live. I have rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment unit and also a 2 bedroom 1 bath townhouse. The price is a tag higher than other apartments in the area but I think it is definitely worth it. There is security cameras on site and plenty of parking. They hold special free events to make you feel part of the community (resident appreciation day, karaoke night, holiday events, BBQ/picnics in the summer, etc).
