Do not second guess coming

Awesome place!
July 8, 2021I moved here probably 3 weeks ago and have run into some very unfortunate events lol! With that being said, I got to find out how good the staff is with issues being fixed! Chrisee, Emilia, and the maintenance guys are absolutely amazing. They’ve fixed every issue, and maintain great communication within a good amount of time. Would absolutely recommend staying here, it’s very peaceful and quiet as well with an awesome pool. You also can’t beat the location! March 19, 2021We lived at rustic woods for a year and a half. Pet friendly, convenient location. Emilia and Chrisee were always friendly and helpful. Amazing!
May 20, 2020My husband and I rented here and the new management is amazing. Apartments are updated, and clean. Maintenance keeps up with everything and is extremely professional. If I didn’t buy a house I would have stayed longer! I was very nervous moving into an apartment but Amelia and Chrisee made everything very simple, and are very up front with everything. Not a good place to live
April 5, 2019There is hidden charges that isn’t told upfront only after you’ve already signed a lease. Maintenance is not very good, and they charge you $15 a month to park in front of your apartment. Who in the world charges for parking in the front of your OWN apartment. Not a good place to live!!!! Capital assets has turned things around!
February 5, 2019We have lived here since 2017 when MCLife managed these under a different name. Management as of Fall 2018 (Capital Assets) has done a complete 180 and is making this property everything it could’ve been! We started in a 1 bedroom and now live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath . Every apartment has so much storage space / closet space. They all have pantries which is really unique. We feel safe living here and always have. Management fixes things super quickly and the pest control guy is super thorough . ...He doesn’t rush the job like the old guy would through MCLife. The only two things I would say are negative about the apartment community is that if you live in a building next to Yale it can be REALLY loud because of hospital traffic and rush hour traffic. Also, they don’t have non-smoking policies anymore, but they have been helpful with ensuring we don’t have smoke traveling into our apartment . All in all it’s a really great place to live especially for families. We love walking the grounds & going to the pool when weather permits. Pet Friendly
November 14, 2018I've lived there about 10 months now. Maintenance can be a bit slow sometimes but its still fairly comfortable for the price you pay. There is pest control and I have very fairly seen anything crawling through my apartment. Also I have a small German Sheperd mix and it was very hard to find a place that would let me bring here. There are also potty stations to get bags to clean up after your dog. Inam planning to say here. Its not spectacular but Its comfortable and I can keep my best friend.Review from Apartments.com

February 13, 2018Terrible! All "deposits are non refundable which is how they screw you over when you move out! The ladies in office are incompetent and lie to your face everytime you talk to them. Parking is terrible. Huge roach problem. And no one picks up after there dogs, so it smells and you step in poop. Don't waste your money or time here.Review from Apartments.com
