June 26, 2019This is my first apartment so I wasn’t obviously scared at first to jump in and sign a lease, but before I even filled out an application all my question got answered, and answered well. So my roommates and I filled out applications and had a meeting with Laurie where she talked to just me at the time and I had more questions. Then not too long later I am signing a lease that I am READY to sign. The most important part of this experience is that I was treated respectfully and was made comfortable ...with the moving out situation as this is my first time. The process was fast and simple. Great Application & Leasing Experience!
June 25, 2019Since this is a brand new addition to Platteville we weren't sure what to expect. So far we are pleasantly impressed. We had such a wonderful, positive experience with the Ruxton Property Manager, Laurie! We can not say enough about her. Throughout our application and leasing process Laurie listened empathetically while she answered all of our questions.
