I’ve lived here nearly 3 years, and I’m sharing this as a warning.
This complex presents itself as secure and well-maintained. In reality, the gate has been broken and wide open for almost a year. There’s no working security. The pool is constantly unusable—half-drained, broken furniture, dirty. The gym equipment is usually out of order, and maintenance requests often go unanswered.
Management is the biggest issue. They’re quick to charge fees but avoid accountability. I was billed for ...
electricity I already paid directly to the provider, and despite presenting clear proof, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, upper management told me I could move if I wasn’t happy.
There’s a reason so many units are sitting empty. Don’t be fooled by curated photos and fake promises. If you value honesty, safety, or basic communication, you deserve better than this.
