I’ve lived here nearly 3 years, and I’m sharing this as a warning. This complex presents itself as secure and well-maintained. In reality, the gate has been broken and wide open for almost a year. There’s no working security. The pool is constantly unusable—half-drained, broken furniture, dirty. The gym equipment is usually out of order, and maintenance requests often go unanswered. Management is the biggest issue. They’re quick to charge fees but avoid accountability. I was billed for ...
electricity I already paid directly to the provider, and despite presenting clear proof, they refused to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the issue, upper management told me I could move if I wasn’t happy. There’s a reason so many units are sitting empty. Don’t be fooled by curated photos and fake promises. If you value honesty, safety, or basic communication, you deserve better than this. check my other reviews on google, yelp, facebook, to see photos
