August 11, 2015Things have change since the General Manager left. Management has been very poor and things haven't been getting done, examples; I submitted an add one in February 2015 it is now August 11, 2015 and I still haven't heard anything regarding it.Review from Apartments.com
Neighborhood nonsense
July 23, 2015A lot of people don't realize that where you move in can dramatically affect your life! They think, oh this place is cheap let's move in! Quality vs quantity! My family and I moved in to these apartments a year ago, a little before my daughter was born. We are moving out in about 2 week and reason being is the neighborhood!! The actual building and management were great! It was always kept clean and if there was a problem in the apartment management would send someone right away. But the reason I ...am giving it 3 stars is because of the neighborhood. For a couple months my husband and I had to call the cops every single weekend because the building next to us was constantly throwing party after party sometimes until 3 am! Although they have calmed down, the ocassional nuisance is enough for us to want to move out of here. Our sleep is precious! I definitely do not recommend moving in if noise is a problem to you. There are also kids constantly playing out in the streets and that can also be annoying for we have had to scold them for playing too close to our cars. If you're looking for cheap rent though, this is the place to go. I hope this review is helpful :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
