December 31, 2023Although there are a few “bad apples” who choose to ignore the conditions laid out in the lease agreement that all of us signed before moving in, they are the exception rather than the rule in Shadetree. Most residents are respectful of the property and their neighbors. Several are also kind enough to let me love on their dog when we encounter each other. The office staff are always friendly and responsive. Overall, a very good experience!Review from Apartments.com

December 6, 2023I enjoy living at shade tree apartments. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. The valet trash crew are friendly and efficient. Katie is an amazing leasing agent, always kind and handles issues speedily and with care.
