December 31, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comAlthough there are a few “bad apples” who choose to ignore the conditions laid out in the lease agreement that all of us signed before moving in, they are the exception rather than the rule in Shadetree. Most residents are respectful of the property and their neighbors. Several are also kind enough to let me love on their dog when we encounter each other. The office staff are always friendly and responsive. Overall, a very good experience!

Katie is an amazing leasing agent, always kind and handles issues speedily and with care. The community itself is pleasant and it’s always nice seeing everyone out with their families and dogs.
