No way jose
February 28, 2018I wouldn't recommend these apartments . Although the area may seem nice there s a lot of criminal activity that goes on in these complexes at night. people break into your mail box , home , and steal clothes out the laundry mat. the maintenance man got arrested in front of our window. the toilets don't flush they are easy to get stopped up. if someone takes a poop next door you will smell it in your house threw the pipes. they keep changing the front office person. police in and out the ...complexes next door neighbors throw insane partys every Saturday .way to much drama to up the rent up a whole 2 hundred dollars short notice . come on now this is not LAProperty Manager Responded

What a surprise!
October 16, 2015I thought to myself that for this price, I couldn't get anything THAT remarkable. I was wrong. This complex is really nice. It has a quiet neighborhood (surprising to me since we are close to UNLV!), the grounds are maintained and the inside of the apartments are all NEW! They just remodeled them and it really shows how much effort they put into them because the little details I spotted on my tour were there..
