Stay away. Not good service
May 12, 2025Skye 750 has water issues nearly every year and it’s ridiculous. We didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks and when I would contact to ask when it would get fixed, they’d say it’d be the next day over and over again and it still wouldn’t be fixed. For the price that these rooms are at, I would much rather pay the same elsewhere and not have to deal with cold water during WINTER. When I was first moving in, i had to call at least 20 times just to talk to someone. Someone would take a message and say ...they’re going to call back, and never would. That should’ve been my first sign that this place doesn’t care about the people who live here. And once I had signed my lease, I’d call to ask about room details since I lived out of state and they just simply wouldn’t pick up. I don’t recommend this place due to its poor care for their tenants.Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2025I moved to the area not knowing anything or anyone, upon touring Skye 750 I felt an overwhelming sense of community and belonging. Living here the past two years, the original impression I got has not changed, if only gotten better. The staff and management is a large contributor to this, in addition to the overall style/ feel of the apartment building, unit, and amenities. I wish I could take the complex, along with all the staff, and transplant them to the next city I will be moving to.Property Manager Responded

January 2, 2025I’ve enjoyed living at Skye 750. The amenities here are top-notch - everything from the modern gym to the relaxing pool area is well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. The interior of the apartments is equally impressive, with stylish finishes and a layout that feels both functional and luxurious. The staff deserves a special mention. They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making this a great place to live. Whether it’s a quick maintenance request or a warm greeting in ...the lobby, they consistently go above and beyond. If I had one suggestion, it would be to host more community events. The few organized were fun and a great way to connect with neighbors. More of those would make this place even better. A place to avoid
December 20, 2024This is my review for potential tenants of Skye 750. I strongly advise against even considering renting an apartment here. I’m currently in my second year, which will end in February 2025, and here are some key issues I’ve encountered: Water Problems: There are frequent and severe water issues. At times, hot water is unavailable for months, and on other occasions, the water supply is shut off for days under the pretext of maintenance. Family Concerns: If you have a family, I strongly urge you ...not to rent here. Maintenance Issues: When you request maintenance, the staff often treats you as if you’re at fault. Poor Management: The management has changed at least three times in the past two years, and the staff is consistently unfriendly. They make empty promises to resolve issues, but nothing ever gets done. Washer Problem: I reported an issue with my washer eight months ago, and no effective solution has been provided. Shockingly, one maintenance worker even suggested replacing all my clothes instead. There are numerous ongoing issues, and unfortunately, the management and staff seem to believe that I’m making false complaints rather than addressing the problemsProperty Manager Responded
