  • No sleep at night

    I’ve complained to Shay and Jessica and they could care less about my sleep .. they don’t send out any notices for neighbors to respect quiet hours via the lease.. just a horrible community and horrible heartless people in the office

    The overall appearance of the community is nice, the grounds are well taken care of as well as the outside appearance of the buildings. The community is extremely quiet, there is a cop that resides in the community so that’s cool I guess. There isn’t a pool or fitness center, there isn’t assigned parking however there is lots of parking. I haven’t seen a dog park, but lots of benches throughout the community. Most of them need to be replaced due to rot. Now as far as the inside of the apartments, ...
    the buildings are old so lots of patching up and painting over and it’s very obvious. The light and faucet fixtures are nice. Nice paint color, horrible paint job painters tape was clearly not used. Carpet and wooden floors appeared to be new or well taken care of upon moving in. My whole bathroom and my ancient fridge needs to be thrown away but aside from that I’m pleased with the apartment especially for the price. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and the leasing office ladies seems alright. I think it’s really nice that they give the kids Lollipops when the get off the school bus. I’ll say come check it out it’s really not that bad here.

  • Poor isn't the right word

    Horrific! If you're reading this review read the horrible one below because everything that was said is no exaggeration! This apartment complex makes its rules up as they go. They want to drain every ounce of money from you. They will find a way to charge you for anything. If the trash is outside your house. If the trash is at the dumpster. I have NEVER had an apartment call me quickly when they need something but are slow to call me back when I need help. In the many apartment communities My ...
    wife and I have lived in the office cared about making sure everything in our apartment was in perfect condition. This complex didn't even have the decency to vacuum dead spiders on the rug before we moved in. Or even clean up the hair that was all over the walls and floors before we moved in! I have NEVER had an apartment make me want to live in my car rather then stay in what should be "my own" home. A home in which my wife and I pay, on time, for. My wife and I cannot wait for our lease to be over and we will make sure everyone we come in contact with knows about this complex.

    This is the worst serviced apartment my wife and I have lived in. They have no amenities. Our water got turned off and we received a notice two hours after we noticed it wasn't on. I left my trash outside for 15 minutes and they called me and told me they would charge me $25 for them to move my trash to the dump and was smirking while telling me this. Everything in the apartment has fallen apart. My kitchen sink pipes were leaking and water was all over my kitchen floor. When we first moved in ...
    our ceiling tile was falling on the kitchen floor and it took them forever to come and fix it. when they did come they just painted the ceiling. Maintence works on their own time. The woman who runs the office is nowhere to be found when you need her. It seems she takes a whole day worth of breaks. Unless she's calling you with complaints. When touring the apartment the office woman just gave us the keys and told us to look at the building. While living there we noticed her literally walk couples to the available apartments for viewing. We've never lived in a place that didn't feel like home and that place certainly didn't. I wouldn't recommend my enemy to live there.
