DON’T MOVE HERE

Not Luxury Living/Inconsistent Policies
August 28, 2023Don’t move here. The apartment charges tenants for dog poop left on the grounds yet there is still dog poop everywhere. The grounds are not kept up and trash services are often missed, but we are charged for those services. Much better options elsewhere in Grandville/Grand Rapids. You are charged for luxury living, but they fail to meet these standards.Property Manager Responded
September 7, 2023Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're always striving to improve on what we can to provide a 5-star standard living experience. While the PooPrints program is a great deterrent for ensuring pet waste is cleaned up, unfortunately, it can't prevent this from happening altogether. Our team is always on the lookout while walking the grounds for missed pickups, but we always appreciate a heads-up if our residents see any we missed! As for our Valet service, we're in constant communication with our vendor to ensure that pickups are made on time and regularly, as well as with our residents to ensure that trash is left during pickup hours and within the guidelines set by the company. If trash gets missed, we're always happy to take care of it ourselves, as well as follow up directly with our vendors to identify the reason for the missed pickup. That's a service we pay for as well, so we encourage our residents to communicate any missed pickups to ...the office so we can ensure it's not a common occurrence. Springs! Pricey BUT Totally Worth It
February 10, 2022People are relaxed and amenities are fun. Comes with access to a gym, pool area during the summer and friendly staff. All in all was a good experience living here and I would recommend it. Just be prepared to pay a pretty penny.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live1
November 12, 2021I’ve lived here since June 1st 2020 and I enjoy living here. Office Staff are very helpful and nice. They are very accommodating and quick to fulfill requests. Great Place to Live
September 7, 2021I can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism of this complex. From touring to signing a lease to move-in my experience has been seamless. The staff are friendly and all maintenance is addressed in a timely fashion. The amenities are top notch—if you’re a dog owner this is the place to be! The atmosphere is very clean, safe, and beautiful. It is pricy for the area but you definitely get what you pay for.Property Manager Responded
