BEWARE
March 20, 2022Overall the complex is nice but just beware of the possible charges you will get hit with especially if you have a pet. They do lift up the carpets so if you spill anything and even if you cleaned it they will replace the entire rug. We also got charged for a cleaning fee and the pictures they sent us was because of lint in the dryer and a small splatter stain that I just forgot to wipe on the counter. Also beware no ceiling fans. Also beware the doors automatically lock so you’ll be charged $50 ...for it to be unlocked not during office hours and it’s one guy who takes like 30 min every time.Property Manager Responded

Best place I've lived in Jax!
April 3, 2020I've lived at Steele Creek Since it opening in January of 2018. My experience here has been phenomenal. The apartments are spacious, we are on the 4th floor and I never hear my neighbors to my right or left! The finishes within the apartments are much higher quality than most in the area (I love the counter tops and carpets!) and the staff is amazing! Yes, the community was sold last year BUT all the original staff stayed with the community so little to nothing has changed in terms of service! ...They throw awesome resident events, communicate effectively and the maintenance guys are knowledgeable and tentative. Honestly, you can tell they care about the reputation of the community and it shows. We love love the central location it's in, just outside of town center and access to all the major highways within a couple minutes! Nice pet friendly place but leasing staff are terrible
September 12, 2019As above, I’ve never lived anywhere with such unfriendly, unhelpful, two-faced leasing staff. They did not disclose that the property was being sold when we signed a lease. They are completely unfriendly and unhelpful now that we signed. They treat us like we are college kids on spring break even though we are a family of professionals.Review from Apartments.com
