About SUNDANCER APARTMENTS
Sundancer is a quaint little community located in South Auburn with 3 buildings and just 44 apartment homes. Our community offers large 1 bedrooms and 2 bedroom 1.5 baths. We are located within minutes to Game Farm Park, Auburn Mall, several schools, grocery stores and much more. Each building offers an updated laundry room that will soon feature machines that utilize an app on your phone and allows card payments for your convenience. Large one and two bedroom homes that feature a modern appeal with newer all white cabinetry, luxury flooring, ample living space, and microwaves in select homes. Every home has a ton of cabinet and closet space! Each apartment also has a personal patio or balcony for you to relax on during those better weather days. Residents are responsible for all utilities. Electricity is billed and paid through Puget Sound Energy which you setup in your name prior to move in. Water/sewer/trash is billed to residents monthly by us at a flat rate per month starting at $95, increased depending on occupant count. Refundable Deposit $600 *additional may be required if minimum criteria is not met Non-Refundable Admin Fee $200 Application Fee per person 18 and over $66 OFFICE HOURS Tuesday 2pm-530pm Wednesday 9am-1pm Friday 2pm-530pm *hours are subject to minor changes

Works great for me!
February 13, 2025When I was looking to move over 3yrs ago, my budget was super tight. I had to forgo a washer and dryer and just happened to find this cool one bedroom. I feel like my place is pretty big and I really like the walk-through kitchen setup. My parking spot is really close and assigned to me only. It has been pretty quiet and nothing crazy has happened as far as I know.Property Manager Responded

February 2, 2020This is more of a complex for people who don't care about hearing your drunk neighbors yelling 3 doors down and slamming doors at 11pm on a week day. For people who dont care for mold smelling apartments. Also the up keep around here is hardly to never kept up. Never anyone in the office. And looks of drug deals and illegal activity just on the corner of the complex. If you and your family are looking to live here I don't suggest it. Not a family place.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2015The apartments are well maintained and located at a prime area with close proximity to the bus line, church and shopping complex in downtown Auburn. Parking space is never an issue even for visitors and the the residents are respectable of each other and very warm.Property Manager Responded
