Horrible management and disgusting apartments.
March 4, 2026I’ve lived at Sync Harmony for about 7 months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first two months, my apartment flooded because the sink overflowed. Since then, I’ve had ongoing bathroom plumbing issues that have never been properly resolved. The same problems keep happening because maintenance installs cheap replacement parts that break again shortly after, which has also increased my water bill due to constant leaks. The most concerning issue ...happened recently when water started leaking in my bathroom and mold began growing on the wall and around the bathroom area. I reported it immediately, but it took 8 days before the issue was actually addressed. During that time I had to live in an apartment with visible mold and a strong odor, which is completely unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. After all of this, management still expects full rent with no accountability for the living conditions. For a “luxury” apartment community, the maintenance response, quality of repairs, and overall management have been extremely poor. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Sync Harmony to think twice before signing a lease here.Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2026I’ve lived at Sync and Harmony for a few years now and with the new office management changes it has been very refreshing. Everyone has been polite and accommodating. The maintenance staff here is awesome. I do wish they had an area for the children to play however, I do enjoy the quiet hours and appreciate the no smoking on the property rule. I also appreciate the convenience of the location. I would recommend living here, it’s a nice complex.Property Manager Responded

February 4, 2026Poorly maintained, parking restrictions aren’t enforced, amenities aren’t functional half of the time, the entry gates aren’t operational half the time and in the year and half my family and I have lived here, several vehicles have been left on blocks due to the wheels being stolen. Despite multiple resident petitions, management has yet to install security cameras of any kind. ‘Luxury apartments’ is a serious stretch.Property Manager Responded

January 12, 2026It will be 3 years since I’ve been at the Sync at Harmony and I still enjoy living here. I haven’t had any issues and I love that the neighbors are so friendly and the area is so quiet. If there are ever any issues I love that the property manager and team are always on top of things making sure everyone is informed and safe. January 12, 2026So far, so good! We have had a wonderful experience living in this community and truly enjoy calling this neighborhood home. It is a beautiful, well-maintained area that offers a peaceful and pleasant environment to live in. One of the standout aspects of our time here has been the management team. Their response time is consistently impressive; whenever we have a question or a maintenance request, they handle it professionally and efficiently. It makes a significant difference when you feel that ...the people managing your home truly care about the resident experience. Because of the scenic surroundings and the excellent support from the staff, we have been very happy with our decision to move here. Everything has exceeded our expectations so far, and we are already looking forward to staying for many more years to come.
