June 9, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been here for about two years and overall, it’s a nice, quiet place to live. The community is friendly, and having stores within walking distance is very convenient. However, there are issues that need attention. When I first moved in common areas were regularly cleaned and pressure washed, but that no longer seems to happen. Management appears focused on the clubhouse and front facing areas while neglecting the breezeways, stairwells, and elevators. These areas are often dirty and ...unsanitary, with dead bugs, trash, stains, and food left in the concrete. The elevators are especially concerning with food spills, pet urine, and general grime that can remain for days. Children also ride bikes through the breezeways and around the elevators, sometimes slamming into the elevator doors. This property has positives, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the common areas have noticeably declined.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded

May 17, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI've been a resident going on 4 years. This community is by far the best I have ever lived in. It's very clean and maintained on a daily basis. I require a handicapped parking space and they are always available. The best feature SYNC at Harmony has is the maintenance crew. They are so friendly and make you feel welcomed! If anything needs addressed, they have always been there within 1 day. Even on the weekend! Plus, they are very pet friendly. I'm very happy living here!Property Manager Responded

March 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve lived at Sync Harmony for about 7 months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within the first two months, my apartment flooded because the sink overflowed. Since then, I’ve had ongoing bathroom plumbing issues that have never been properly resolved. The same problems keep happening because maintenance installs cheap replacement parts that break again shortly after, which has also increased my water bill due to constant leaks. The most concerning issue ...happened recently when water started leaking in my bathroom and mold began growing on the wall and around the bathroom area. I reported it immediately, but it took 8 days before the issue was actually addressed. During that time I had to live in an apartment with visible mold and a strong odor, which is completely unacceptable from a health and safety standpoint. After all of this, management still expects full rent with no accountability for the living conditions. For a “luxury” apartment community, the maintenance response, quality of repairs, and overall management have been extremely poor. I would strongly encourage anyone considering Sync Harmony to think twice before signing a lease here.Read MoreProperty Manager Responded
