August 21, 2025It’s been almost two months now since we moved in, we were approved quickly but getting our welcome letter took three calls to get. All maintenance issues on move in took approximately 2 weeks to resolve but they actually fixed things instead of saying they could not duplicate or something along those lines. The apartment unit is nice, windows are large and they are sound dampening which is a godsend. Great unit for the price and I would recommend checking out the apartments in a heartbeat.Property Manager Responded

August 19, 2025I do enjoy living here. Maintenance is great in my opinion. It's supposed to be a smoke free campus, however I have seen cigarette butts at times. It's quiet and staff is friendly and accommodating. Overall it's a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

August 6, 2025I’m giving a 4 star rating because only because of the elevator problem which are not the fault of the apts but lightning strikes and also, the concierge trash service, which you’re only good as the people you hire. They are very inconsistent on picking up the garbage.Otherwise, my stay at these apts has been a good one.Property Manager Responded
