October 7, 2025I love it so far! The neighborhood is quiet and with lots of parking. I been to the pool A few times and it’s very nice and relaxing. I love the trash valet they offer.Property Manager Responded

October 1, 2025It’s been a nice place to live to be near my family and job. It seems safe and people are nice. Families seem to enjoy the courtyard. I haven’t met the new staff yet, but hopefully the maintenance guys Victor & Hugo are still here because they are the best!!Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2025It’s been almost two months now since we moved in, we were approved quickly but getting our welcome letter took three calls to get. All maintenance issues on move in took approximately 2 weeks to resolve but they actually fixed things instead of saying they could not duplicate or something along those lines. The apartment unit is nice, windows are large and they are sound dampening which is a godsend. Great unit for the price and I would recommend checking out the apartments in a heartbeat.Property Manager Responded
