Century Sienna renamed Sync at Sienna

Outdated and lots of bugs
August 29, 2021No parking, lots of bugs, slow responses to pest control and maintenance. Way too high of a rent price for the outdated apartment that hasn’t been kept up with. Shower is falling apart, and needs all type of maintenance all the way around.Property Manager Responded

Noise
April 26, 2020The apartments are clean and well kept somewhat compared to others. But the noise from neighbors is HORRIBLE!!! You can here everything all through the day and night . Courtesy office must doesn't work here. Office staff acts like they care but nothing is done . I can't wait to move !Property Manager Responded

Low Office Staff Aggressive People
June 17, 2018I went in to look at apartments I sat in the office over 10 minutes while other people where also coming in. The lady working in the office finally came in with a man. A person that looked to live there took over and started demanding keys and being very aggressive and threatening to the lady working in the office. I requested to speak with a manager and was told she was the only person there. She did offer the manager's information. I left realizing with the lack of office support and the ...behavior of the people living there this would not be a Safe place for me and my daughter to live. This property is too nice not to have better screening for the people they allow to live there and more people working in the office on the weekend.Property Manager Responded

Very Disappointed
January 18, 2017I have lived here for about four years and the complex has definantly went down. I live in a one bedroom with a 115 dollar a month water, sewer and pest control bill.The apartment complex has a contract with Entouch cable and they are EXTREMELY HIGH, I have basic cable no premium channels, internet and house phone 170 monthly. And I can admit that I am about 3days at the most late on the bill and they charge 11.00 late fees, which is outrageous.Property Manager Responded

The DUMP at Sienna Plantation
November 2, 2016This place is by FAR the worst place in the area. The buildings and the grounds are mediocore and the management, well lets just say its changes as frequently as the weather. Every time I have gone in the Office it is ALWAYS new faces, and any ongoing troubles are blown off with the whole "Well I wasn't here then" excuses. They steall from tenants garages, and they play games with rent payments, that being money orders go missing, they get posted WEEKS after they are received by staff making the ...tenant look like they are paying their rent late and so on. The revolving door of management here and the corporate company NEVER take liability for the wrongs they commit onto others. My recommendation is you would be better off buying a travel trailer then living here. Also, because they have an impressive 45% occupancy rate they are allowing the lowest of the low to move in here to just fill the vacancies.Property Manager Responded

Nice area, nice floorplan
August 14, 2015I moved to this area to be closer to work. What I got is a place to call home that is quiet and friendly. The floor plan I chose if a perfect fit for me and the amenities of a garage, pool, fitness center and gated entry/exit make it a very nice complex. The only problem I have had is getting relatively small maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner. Simple things seem to take a while. On the other hand, my refrigerator was not working when I moved in and a new one was put in very quickly. ...Love the door-to-door trash pick up and the grounds are kept up well. The business center and coffee bar are a nice touch. I do wish there was more access to the pool table. It is only accessible during office hours. Ok For The Price
August 8, 2015Location is good. However, too laxed on policies and rules. Therefore, things such as too many "friends" use the pool and do stupid things such as put charcoal in the gas grill. Pools are nice and buildings are in good condition.Property Manager Responded

July 30, 2015The apartments are no longer worth what we pay in rent. We have a one bedroom apartment and pay over $100 for our water bill, when it used to be a flat rate of $25. The pool is usually crowded with people that do not even live here. It takes forever to get a service call answered.Property Manager Responded

Great community not the best management
July 21, 2015Great floor plan and garage option. The community of people are friendly (especially family friendly). Management can't seem to get their accounting right and neglect property/tenant needs (notice of lease extensions, hornets, ants, trash cans, loose tenant payments, accept packages without notifying the tenant, etc.).Review from Apartments.com
A pattern of indifference and apathy
August 17, 2014The staff clearly hate their job. I moved out on August the 3rd and received a bill for charges thru August the 5 th. Charges for issues I addressed when I moved to my apartment. I lived at Century Sienna for 3 years a change in staff took place. The new staff failed to introduce themselves or address at risk behavior (children playing in the pool without supervision).
