My 5 year experience
August 28, 2024I have to say, Sabal Club has been the best apartment complex I've lived in or even visited since moving to Florida 24 years ago! The bedrooms are nice and big, especially the master bedroom with a huge bathroom and huge walk-in closet The guest bedroom has it's own vanity room and large closet. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer right off of the kitchen. The area is excellent and I've never had such nice neighbors! It has that "camping feel" because it's nestled in between so many ...trees and there is a lot of wildlife, including birds, bunnies, and a lot of deer! The screened-in patios are huge and it's so nice to sit outside and relax in a quiet neighborhood. My favorite part was having a fireplace! As for maintenance, I've never had to wait for anything to be fixed, they were always prompt, professional, and courteous. The manager Robin is amazing! She makes sure the property is properly maintained and treats the tenants with kindness and respect. I honestly have nothing negative to say about my 5 years there.
