Avoid if You Can
July 9, 2025Lived here for 16 months. It was host to a variety of problems from the beginning. Water heater & dish washer had to be replaced in the first week. Dryer in the first few months & then three times after that. Washer also had to be replaced once. There was an ongoing issue with power in the apartment that went on for more than a month. Maintenance responded to only turn it on. It wasn't until I gave them a negative rating they responded that they called in a professional that they actually fixed ...the issue. A apartment above me flooded. No one bothered to tell me & it wasn't until I was awake that I found out. Luckily the person vacuuming it was around & was able to help. I went to front office to address it & was given the property manager's card & was rushed out because they were trying to get someone to sign a lease. All emails sent to the email listed on the card bounced back because it said the email did not exist. Maintenance does respond quickly, however they do a very weak job or don't know how to fix things properly (which is why the complex called a professional to do the job). Complex has a no smoking policy but it smells like weed at all times of the day because people smoke on their porch, in the street, by the playground & on staircases. Security is a major issue. Police found a stolen car in front of my apartment & pretty much had guns painted in my living room. Police are in the neighborhood weekly & have even seen them going door-to-door in one building. Front gate for visitors had been broken by the year. There is no security at night. The gym is had busted equipment for months & the pool always looked dirt. Speaking if dirty, many of the walkways on the bottom floors are filthy. Lawn maintenance will also blow dirt all over your porch if you live on the bottom floor. You also have to pay for valet trash, which doesn't pick up on weekends & the dumpster always overflows.Property Manager Responded

May 7, 2024Overall amazing experience, pool is always clean, garbage gets picked up, me specific apartment is tidy, the previous owners obv didnt know what a cutting board was because the countertops were chopped up lol but that's not there fault. Leasing office team is amazing and always putting on little vents for the neighborhood and children in the neighborhood. Going on my 3rd year now with them. April 25, 2024Enjoy living here, the actual unit is nice and feels like home. maintenance has been good for us, if something comes up it’s typically resolved within a reasonable amount of time. It’s mostly quiet. I’d give 5 stars but the trash situation is disgusting, one big bin for the entire neighborhood which is constantly full . April 16, 2024Expensive for such thin walls. You can hear everything here: upstairs, next door, downstairs, outside--everything from the comfort of your own bed. In the master bedroom, you can tell when they are using the restroom upstairs or downstairs since you can hear the sound of the light being on with the mandatory exhaust that sounds through the whole building. Hopefully, your neighbors will not turn the light on in the middle of the night and wake you. If you want to drown out that noise, you can open ...your patio door to hear the sounds of the air conditioners humming.Property Manager Responded
