    i was on the waiting list for over 6 months like they claim to have and i called to see how far i was and they said they didn’t know and also said that it’s first come first serve… it’s so unprofessional and they’re prices are not accurate any where on line nor is their availability with what apartments are open but i don’t even see the point bc they gave some imaginary waitlist they use anyways

    Went to inquire about an apartment. Sign on door read staff was at lunch from 12-1 so I waited until 1 o’clock just for it to be changed to 2 o’clock ! When I finally did speak to someone I was told there is a 6month to a year waitlist. Incredibly inconvenient.

    I absolutely love my apartment. I’ve been a resident of Henry county for four years now and stayed in sable chase the entire four years. I love it here. Extremely adorable rent compared to the other apartments in the area. Modern units. And most importantly Felicia (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) the manger is awesome! I would definitely recommend my community to others.

    The entire time I’ve lived here there has been a problem. Broken appliances, apartment flooding and a bug issue. I’ve been here a little over a year and cause no problems. Maintenance takes FOREVER to fix anything. You have to go to the office and call every day to get them to fix anything. Even when you go to the office they tell you, they’ll send maintenance and no one comes for days. They don’t care about their tenants. If this is your last resort then stay here but you get less than what ...

    They always have any excuse about what ever you asked them. People apartments being broken into. THEY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT PEEIOD ( Inside the office on property, they need to start all the way over period not with just property management, but with onsite in office). This could be really nice if they do so.
