Be careful for what you sign up for
November 7, 2021Saddle brook have a bad roach problem. They need to shut down until they can get it under control. They could also upgrade things inside the apartment so it doesn’t play out quickly or break. Lastly the environment here is not safe. There is no cameras , people smoke weed/ cigarettes a lot , and neighbors be loud.Property Manager Responded

Beware
November 8, 2019On week four of an air conditioning issue. They let us roast in a hot apartment for most of last month while the replacement sat in the dirt waiting to be installed. Delays, delays on why they couldn't get to it. Once they installed it, took most of the day to do it. It was cooling ok, but the outside unit flashed up and caught on fire overnight. More excuses, they finally put in a window unit to cool us but now we are into winter with this still going on. Now it is cold in the apartment and they ..."assure" us the inside unit is fine. This place is a joke
May 3, 2018Management is a joke, the building is a mess, pest control hasn’t come in over a month, and the neighbors are crazy(one has literally stood outside our patio hollaring my husbands name multiple times). Neighbors let their dogs roam without leases and then complain when your dog barks at their dog for running up on them. They do not fix anything, our patio caught on fire, no one even bothered to call us and tell us(my dogs were inside!), and they still haven’t fixed it. The ceilings have dips and ...the paint job looks like a child did it. When you walk into the office it’s like you don’t even exist. They will put a note on your door and expect you to move your vehicles with only a nights notice or you will have your car towed. No one here knows what parking lines are they park wherever the heck they want and will hit your car and not say a word. They do not have security cameras so if someone gets into your car and goes through your stuff good luck trying to figure out who.
