Custom designed oversized soaking tubs are offered to pamper you with the lifestyle you deserve. The quiet, serene, picturesque living environment is protected by having only 106 condo style apartment homes nestled into our unique setting. Our units overlook 700+ acres of wooded nature preserve and offer abundant walking trails and bike paths. Superior Sound Conditioning = Quiet Living! Many apartment renters’ expectations regarding living in a quiet residence are not met with traditional construction techniques. (Especially those who are moving from homes.) Saddle Creek Apartments are designed with 2x6 walls versus 2x4 walls to provide you with not only better sound proofing, but energy savings as well. Oversized 2 inch concrete floors which exist between floors, along with thick batten insulation, minimize any sound travel between apartment homes. My fiance and I lived at Saddle Creek - The Preserve for four years (2014-2018). The property and amenities are very nice. They were quick to fix any maintenance issues we had, during or after hours! Having in-unit laundry was important to us and you get a nice little laundry room at Saddle Creek as well. We never complained about noise or our neighbors. The apartments are tucked back off the road so you don't get a lot of street noise either. We would highly recommend these apartments!! - Katie

I lived in Saddle Creek at the Preserves for three years (2014-2017). I really enjoyed my time there.
Rinda, was always very kind and helpful. If a problem ever came about it was taken care of immediately. I lived in a 2 bedroom/2 bath first floor apartment and had a garage. People were friendly and respected my privacy which was great. I always felt safe.
The noise level was low and the location was perfect for me.
My apartment was spacious and the layout was spot on, and you cannot beat the ...
closet and pantry space.
The ground were well maintained, as well as with the snow removal.
This was my experience.
