Worst place to live
December 7, 2024Living in this community has been an absolute nightmare. The number of issues with the management is too extensive to list, but here are the most significant problems: The units are old, with outdated appliances and minimal maintenance. Because of this, I frequently have to request repairs, which take an unreasonable amount of time to address. When repairs are finally made, the maintenance team often leaves a mess behind, showing a complete lack of respect. The manager dismisses these complaints ...and instead labels me as the problem for expecting basic standards of cleanliness and organization. More disturbing is the behavior of the maintenance staff. One employee persistently harassed me by inviting me out and adding me on Facebook. Despite reporting this, no action was taken, and he remains employed here. To make matters worse, during a recent visit to the office to address ongoing issues, I was treated unprofessionally by the assistant manager, who yelled at me and refused to listen. The latest incident involved a malfunctioning front door lock. I spent over 20 minutes trying to get inside my apartment and submitted a maintenance request immediately. A week has passed, and the issue remains unresolved, forcing me to leave my door unsecured. When I brought this to the manager's attention, she dismissed my concerns, suggesting we consider terminating the lease. I agreed, but when I asked about my security deposit, her response was evasive. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Renting here is nothing short of a nightmare.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2024Saddle creek apartments is a good community to live in. This apartment have all the modern amenities including a in house washer & dryer. The society is surrounded all over with greenery & lots of open spaces for kids playing area. It also has alncommon amenities like Gym, swimming pool, tennis courts etc. Overall, a good experience so far.Property Manager Responded

August 24, 2024We just recently moved in and my experience has been less satisfactory than I had hoped. Touring the community and meeting one of the managers seemed promising but once you start the application process there is limited communication and it’s hard to get ahold of someone in the leasing office. After move in I had some minor maintenance issues which should have really been taken care of during the apartment turnover. I emailed and called the office several times and have yet to hear back.Seems ...like once they get you moved in and take your money. At least that’s the impression I have so far and haven’t even lived here a month yet. Also I have no idea who the property manager is I don’t even know her name I guess she can’t introduce herself to new residents? Very unprofessional. After living here longer I may consider updating this review should I see improvements. Overall the actual apartment itself is pretty nice and was clean upon move in. I’m going to see how this next year goes.Property Manager Responded

August 13, 2024Living at Saddle Creek Apartments has been good overall. The community is friendly, and the amenities are decent. However, the maintenance staff is slow to respond and complete work orders, often taking around four weeks. Additionally, there's frequent staff turnover, which affects service continuity.Property Manager Responded
