I love living here, it puts me so much closer to everything. The maintenance here is amazing…. when I had an issue with my air conditioning they did everything needed to get it running properly. While it was down they brought over a portable unit for me to use until a contractor could come out to charge the freon. The staff in the office are very friendly anytime I’ve been to the office to pay rent, put in a maintenance order for issues, or when I’ve called for issues or information I needed for ...
rent. This is a good place if you have kids as it has a small playground.

They are horrible apt flooded and they wasn’t going to fix it and there was mold (I’m allergic) so I couldn’t stay and have told them that it needs to be fixed. They did nothing I have tons of pictures of the mold and everything and I had to break the lease. Also the maintenance man is an absolute joke and thinks he is better than women. I would absolutely give zero stars if I could

Since I am partially disabled they worked getting me a nice 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a personal parking spot. They went.above and beyond to accommodate me. Great place to live, wooded area, little critters running around and great neighbors.. This is definitely the best Apt I could've found for my budget and I'm close to every major grocery store so that's a great plus!! I hut the jackpot getting in Saddlebrook Apartments! Thank god for them!!
