Don't be fooled by the show apartment.
March 25, 2026Where does all my rent money go? Anytime it rains heavy water comes in through the walls. Smoke free? Not so much. Smells of the most horrid kind pass from unit to unit. Pathway and parking lighting is most conducive for stalkers and kidnappers. There is a reason cars get broken into consistently. Management is losing what makes this property a draw by not preserving the environment. The pond stinks, the trees are dying and being removed at an alarming rate. Amazing staff and apartment
December 9, 2024The office is always open and greets with a smile - super dog friendly too. The maintenance is always very responsive and easy to work with and talk to. All staff is super respectful and tenants are super nice. Never hear my neighbors which is super nice all around. Tenants ignored
September 19, 2023Waiting for a simple drain fix in our shower — ignored for a week. Before that, it was months waiting for our washing and drying machine to be fixed. And before that, months for our dishwasher. Just look elsewhere, trust me. This place is blatantly ignoring its tenants, not just myself.Property Manager Responded

Poor management and mold
May 8, 2023Management only responds to emails involving payments and not about issues with apartments. Water damage in every room, constant smell of smoke from other tenants, exterior is rotting, residents don’t clean up after pets, and parking is unheard of. Office never answers and when they do they’re extremely rude.Property Manager Responded

MOLD
March 29, 2023We found saddlebrook after every other apartment complex we looked at was booked up. Looking back, that should have been a red flag that this was the only place with availability. The apartments are very dark, have poor lighting, and our apartment had mold and signs of smoking (the walls would literally have brown drops coming down from them in the bathroom any time we showered). After bringing up the mold to the apartment, they were very reluctant to help, blaming it on allergies, not living in ...kentucky long enough, and ignored our requests to get things resolved. The office staff is very hard to work with, condescending, and doesn't seem to care about any issues once the lease is signed. We have been fighting to get out for over a month now and can not get anyone to respond to us. Very unprofessional.Property Manager Responded
