  • Comfortable/well kept apartments

    Management, the staff, and maintenance staff have always taken care of my needs. Landscaping is kept clean and beautiful. Lived here for three comfortable years. Would recommend Saddle Creek apartments to anyone I know!

    Used to be decent. But since being bought out by the new company, Monarch investments, everything has gone downhill. Their idea of remodeling is replacing the stove. Not even being able to be bothered to replace the carpeting, repaint, fix the flaws/issues in each unit. There's a shooting on the property at least weekly. And at least yearly one of those shootings ends up being deadly. But management and the owners refuse to do anything to about it (such as the gated access they said they'd ...
    install over a year and a half ago). People let their pets run amok as tho it's their own personal yard and property and when you complain to management they won't do anything about it (I can't count how many times I've seen these dogs almost get hit by cars). The new owners expect to be able to charge big city prices (on run down apartments) in a smaller, lower income city. Any complaints or concerns you have will be met with dismissiveness by office staff. I will say the maintenance crew are phenomenal, despite the office staff being poor. You also won't get your deposit back, they'll keep it so they can "remodel" aka buy a new stove for the unit. All in all, go elsewhere. Save yourself the hassles.
