No ac, roaches, mice

May 31, 2022This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. We should have left immediately. Our sewage leaked into the carpet for almost 6 months before they came and fixed it. We were getting sick from breathing our own bodily fluids in. We had to use a vacuum to suck it up, daily so it didn’t smell as bad like sewage. we also had no AC that whole time. They would start jobs but never finish them. It caused roaches and gnats to invade the house. They wouldn’t less us break the lease either.Review from Apartments.com

Recently did inspections
July 4, 2021I've lived here for a little over a year and I've been complaining for months that my heat and air have been acting up. They recently inspected and found out first hand that my AC does NOT WORK, it's been over a week and they still haven't fixed it. My move in check list stated the AC sounded like a truck shifting gears without a clutch, I told them repeatedly I had to use space heaters to keep the place warm, now the AC is out completely and they still don't fix anything. I've asked repeatedly ...for them to spray and they just give me a number that's disconnected. But don't you dare be late on your rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Awful place
August 22, 2020I absolutely hate this apartment because they do not do anything! The roof caved in on me litterally and it took 4 days for them to come see it only to see it and leave the first time doing nothing! Then came back 3 days later and stapled trash bags on the roof. When it rained it piled up water and collapsed making the room smell of mildew. Because the huge hole in the ceiling, flies have piled into the apartment unbearably. The AC went out a while ago and the place is at like 88 degrees at all ...time which is not liveable when it's cooler outside at night and the windows are open! Most things don't work and it takes them a month to fix anything! Would never recommend this place for anyone to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
