Returning Residents Deserve Better

The move-in experience and the renewal experience were two completely different things.
I enjoyed living here for three years and had a positive experience with the apartment and local staff. Everything changed when it came time to renew my lease.
I was told my renewal price was determined through revenue management software and that it was non-negotiable. Meanwhile, the same unit as mine and in some cases larger apartments in the community were being advertised to new tenants for less than or ...

I reached out to corporate multiple times asking for an explanation and requesting a review. I never received a direct response. The only communication I received was from the local property manager, who stood by the decision and confirmed nothing would change.
If you're looking for move-in specials and "competitive pricing", you'll probably find them here. Just don't expect the same level of consideration once you're a returning resident, which is frustrating and sad.
