November 1, 2024I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Sage Luxury Apartments. The community is well maintained and all of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Any maintenance request I had were answered in a timely manner. The leasing office did a very good job at informing the community when construction was happening so we could plan ahead. I would recommend this community to my family and friends. I would still be living here if I had not been transferred to the East Coast.Property Manager Responded

August 21, 2024The '"Luxury" has dwindled over the years, and at times any maintenance issues don't get resolved. You'd think being a resident for years would help your case but not really no. Rent still gets hiked up, maintenance issues don't get fully resolved, and they like to cut corners. I'm sorry for the bad and negative words, but come on!Property Manager Responded

August 1, 2024My apartment is on the third floor overlooking the pool. I swim for exercise and love that I can look out my window and see if it is very busy. Also I've had top notch interactions with staff as I ask questions or get help with whatever I need. Great staff here, always ready to help.Property Manager Responded

July 20, 2024Nice and quiet well insulated buildings. Stairs are the only thing that rumbles a bit to much. Beautiful interiors, exteriors are nice except the fake grass. Not a fan of fake grass at all due to it being wasteful. Rock or real grass would be better. The staff are respectful polite and kind.
