October 3, 2025We have been living at Sage Stone Oak for almost 2 years, and it has been just fine, if you consider the high amount of rent we pay. Rent renewal is abusive at 10% or more ,which makes turnover of residents very high.Lot’s of swimming pool problems ( days closed) ,hallways dirty, long time group residents bullying newer residents and nothing is done by Management. September 19, 2025I love the open floor plan in my 2 bedroom, with study, apartment. There is enough room to have my three kids and their families over for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I wish I had a canyon view instead of Hardy Oak Blvd, lol. The amenities in the community area are truly exceptional and the staff is always friendly, professional and patient. The residents are friendly and welcoming. I do feel comfortable and happy to come home!Property Manager Responded
