New management
September 3, 2024Management just changed over and it has already been a thousand times better! I moved in at the end of June and had immediate minor maintenance requests. They were ignored since the end of August. With the new management, they have already made huge strides. The new maintenance director, Justin, went above and beyond! He came and addressed everything after hours, adjusting to my schedule and needs! Everything that was put off for two months was fixed in the matter of minutes! The complex is ...beautiful and quiet, and with the changes the new management has implemented, the complex is only getting better. Thanks Justin and leasing team!Property Manager Responded

Going downhill
May 12, 2018I'm sorry to say that living here has taken an unpleasant turn over the last few months. The overall quality of the community has suffered a decline. What was once a quiet place with mostly military and professional residents has turned into a place where it's not uncommon to have loud and vulgar music at unacceptable volumes coming from both apartments and parked cars, people speeding through the property oblivious to the presence of children, or folks walking their dogs, and loud obnoxious ...neighbors and/or their guests making ridiculous levels of noise in the stairwells at all times of the day or night. Management seems unable or unwilling to address these concerns and it's really hurting the chance that I'll be renewing my lease, which is coming up very soon. I would hope that a negative review on this site would serve as a wakeup call, but I somehow doubt this will make a dent after repeated requests to do something about the situation here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

No pleased
September 25, 2017The amenities are sub par for the money you pay. The gates never work. There is always trash piled up around the dumpster. If this was just it I would give it 3 stars. The rude manager bumped it down to a 1 star. I did not enjoy having to go the front for any reason because of this.Property Manager Responded

Ingleside Plantation

They do events for the residents to show them how much is appreciated and always make you feel great to live here. Staff is incredibly nice and hard working to keep you happy. Love this Place!!!! Bad management
September 16, 2015Unless you live in a unit in the back corner, the parking will be horrible. Don't bother buying a car port because everyone will park there and the management will do nothing about it. The gates are broken and left open 90% of the time. Entering and leaving this property from the main street is horrible. Be prepared to waste at least 10 minutes in the morning trying to get out of the property. The apartment's website/portal is down most of the time, but when it is up, the maintenance tool is only ...thing that is useful. If your rent is late, the management will not give you a curtesy call or email. They will just wait until your grace period is over and then let you know that your rent is late after they charge you the fee.
