Despite the ludicrous hikes in rent under new management, Sagebrook has deteriorated into a dangerous complex, unsafe for women, children, and families.
Sagebrook management has shown its complete disregard for their tenants' safety and well-being by failing to notify the community of a body that was pulled out of a burning car within the complex. They also refused to take any action on a slew of car break-ins that resulted in stolen vehicles and damaged property, failed to report to the
...community about the violent carjacker who was arrested on-site with a stolen handgun, or make any mention of a woman who went missing after she was reportedly last seen at the apartment complex.
Furthermore, as other reviews mention, Sagebrook demonstrated this pattern of blatant contempt for its tenants by continuously scheduling unnecessary and invasive "renovation" projects on occupied apartments, often leaving tenants without electricity and water. Frequently, these projects were not completed in a timely manner or even during the dates/times they were scheduled for. Moreover, Sagebrook refused to make any adjustments to rent while they turned apartments into construction zones and naturally didn't offer any alternative lodging options during this time – apparently, that is what "renters' insurance is for."
