The Best Place to Live in Cottonwood, AZ!

I had lived in Sagewood Apartments in Cottonwood, AZ in the past. Which is why I didn't use Apartments.com to search for an apartment when I need to find a new place to live 2 years ago. It's quiet, the neighbors are nice, the parks are within walking distance. Stores are within driving distance, all the amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.) are located in the apartment. The management was good in the past, but Bella Management is by far, hands down much better! They have community get ...

togethers once a month either at Sagewood or it's sister apartments, Rio Verde. There's also the early bird special, where you get $100 off of your rent if your name is drawn for paying early, there's also patio decoration contests for the holidays, and even $200 off of your rent if you refer a friend to Sagewood Apartments and they mention your name and sign a lease! None of which was done in the past when I last lived there. I DEFINITELY refer anyone and everyone that I talk to, to come live at Sagewood Apartments. I DEFINITELY intend to remain a resident of Sagewood Apartments for many years to come!

I was wrong about Bella the new management. I thought they were doing me wrong, but I WAS WRONG.When they found out I couldn't find a place to life they extended my stay for an extra month so I would not be homeless. At no extra charge.I am soooo grateful to them! Plus SageWood has great maintenance, and the property is spotless. And best of all you'll LOVE Julie the Manager. You can depend on her. So, my apologies to Bella for words written in anger and thanks for the extra monrh

I've lived at Sagewood for many years. The layout is great and it's a quiet neighborhood. Will continue to live here for many years. Management is a little hard to get a hold of at times though.
