These apartments were for low income families before they were bought by chamberlin & associates. No improvements have been made since they put their sign on the property. You will hear all of your neighbors from every direction through the walls.
Not worth the rent increase

I don't think so. $75 to rent a tiny, old stacker washer and dryer that has been in my apartment for 3 years already. No thank you All of the appliances are older, the amenities are basically non-existent, and the pool is tiny for the size of the complex. The greed of the new management company is both mind boggling and disappointing.

Raising rents to astronomical amounts are causing A LOT of issues not to mention all the things which have gone downhill since they took over. No 24 hr security patrol anymore, grounds are not being kept up like they used to, the pool & hot tub always seem to have problems and the apartments are older. So, the rents need to stay the same! Please, we need more people speaking up about what is happening. I am hopeful mgmt will RECONSIDER what they’re doing (as it’s not ...good business) and just keep the rents as is. I’m a single mom and this stresses me out as I’m sure it does many.Read More
